| While renting our condo, our landlord defaulted and his bank foreclosed, as tenants we did not know if we had to move out. It was our good luck that one day in June we received Bob's 'win a vacation draw' postcard and we called him. He was very helpful, he took us out on several occassions to see other properties, but we really liked our condo and asked him to take on the task of dealing with the mortgage holder. It took 5 months of hard work on Bob's part dealing with the bank process's, he was always happy and up for the challenge and supported us on everything. Thanks to Bob, we purchased our condo and are happy to be owners and not renters. Thank you Bob, you will be highly recommended! Sylvia and Evert V |

My husband and I took on the daunting task of relocating ourselves to the Kitchener Waterloo area. As busy professionals living and working in the GTA, our time and resources were stretched quite thin. Bob was recommended to us by a friend living in the KW area. From our first meeting, it was evident that Bob had our best interests in mind. He listened to our “wish list” and kept an eye on the market, only showing us properties that matched our needs. Knowing that we were not from the area, Bob also ensured that we saw a variety of houses around the city and educated us on the finer points of real estate in KW. It took us three weeks to find the house we are now residing in. Being first time home buyers, Bob was careful to explain the process to us in full.
